We hope you love your new gemstone jewellery. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer the following returns policy:
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized jewellery.
- Earrings
- Sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards.
Gemstone Care
Gemstones can be delicate and may chip, scratch, or break if not handled properly. To ensure the longevity of your jewellery, we recommend:
- Avoiding exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, and excessive moisture.
- Storing your jewellery in a soft pouch or jewellery box when not in use.
- Removing your jewellery before engaging in activities that may cause damage (e.g., sports, cleaning, Gym etc.).
Responsibility for Damage
- Once the Jewellery leaves our shop, we are not responsible for any damage, loss, or wear that may occur. This is especially true for gemstones. It is the customer's responsibility to care for the item as outlined above.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact me at janicebyrnegoldsmith@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over €50.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [insert timeframe].
